Villa La Guapa offers a unique 180% view of the Caribbean Sea, from the magnificent bay of Marigot to the Creole Rock, a snorkeling site located in front of Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

You can sip a cocktail in front of a magnificent sunset and all this without moving from the pool.

A 180 m2 wooden terrace surrounds a beautiful, secure 8 m x 3 m swimming pool, not overlooked.

You can relax in the outdoor sofas or on the deckchairs and have lunch in the shade.

You can also enjoy the Gazebo Apéro, to taste tapas and use the BBQ or the plancha.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.

It is equipped with 100 Mbps WIFI Internet, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with dressing room, and also its sea view.

The third bedroom is a children's room designed for children up to 12 years old.


The kitchen open to the living room offers a beautiful panorama of the sea. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery ... nothing missing!

The large kitchen island can easily be transformed into an office space if needed.
