Canadiennes, sommes arrivĂ©es (ma 2nde fille et son bĂ©bĂ© de 3 mois) le 9 dĂ©c.2024, avons dĂ» Ă©courter notre sĂ©jour le 18 dĂ©cembre 2024 (location payĂ©e jusqu’au 12 janv.2025) trouvĂ© un autre logement.Nous avons informĂ© que nous venions avec un bĂ©bĂ© de 3 mois, des informations complĂ©mentaires Ă©taient de rigueur par souci de transparence.Entendre un bĂ©bĂ© pleurait la nuit en raison de la chaleur ou du froid, impossible de la doucher le soir, dangereux l’accĂšs mezzanines, pas de chambres proprement dit (piĂšce privĂ©e pour dormir) : -Chauffages, climatiseur air chaud au plafond face Ă  la mezzanine (30 haut avec un thermostat mis Ă  22) et 17 le bas,-CanapĂ© oĂč j’ai dĂ» dormir, un sommier latte dĂ©fectueux, le matelas Ă©paisseur faible, la Mezzanine 2 hauteur – 1m30, difficile d’y accĂ©der, -Chauffage d’appoint soufflant salle de bain, s’arrĂȘte toutes les 3 minutes, air de froid par petite fenĂȘtre et porte persienne, -Mezzanine grand lit : cuisine en dessous et porte d’entrĂ©e, fenĂȘtre ferme pas, plomberie apparente Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lit, Ă©coulement eau voisins bruyant la nuit, escaliers abrupts, galerie de dĂ©placement dangereux avec bĂ©bĂ©, -Stationnement dans la rue difficile, notre voiture emboutie Ă  l'avant.Le 12 janv25 j’ai dĂ©taillĂ© par courriel toute notre frustration aux propriĂ©taires jamais vus, aucun suivi ces 34 jours (sauf texto arrivĂ©e-dĂ©part et rĂ©ponse Ă  mon appel tĂ©lĂ©phonique. J’ai louĂ© dans la rĂ©gion les annĂ©es prĂ©cĂ©dentes, lĂ  mauvaise pioche.

TrÚs joli appartement agencé avec goût. Proche de la plage, des commerces. Idéal avec des petits. Gérante accueillante et arrangeante au maximum. Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine en famille.
