Room furniture was mostly as pictured although the cooktop and vent were not in my room. Door was missing exterior lock and had peeling paint on the interior. One set of stairs leading to the second floor was blocked off as unsafe and the other set adjacent was rusted throughout as well the upstairs walkways were also in poor condition. The exterior light outside my room flickered all night and was visible in the room through gaps in the door and window coverings. There was a hole in the tile of the shower near the mixer valve handle. It also appeared that many of the rooms were being occupied by people that are currently living there long term. I wound not stay there again.
