Only needed a room for one night. The room we were in (201) had clearly been busted into recently by emergency services. Mix that with the blood drops on the sheets and you can only guess what happened. Food was good. Coffee was not. Staff was very friendly.

Not only did we have a family member pass away they only cared about charging us. Which if they’re heartless and have to follow “policy” whatever. But as I cried she was the biggest jerk I ever experienced at a front desk. On top of that it looked like the tub was never cleaned and we didn’t want to sit or touch anything in the room. White crusty stains all over the bed etc. I wish I was exaggerating but this place should be shut down!!

Just what we needed for one night. It was nice and clean and check-in was a cinch. We asked to bring our bicycles into the room overnight (security), and there was no problem. They even gave us a first floor room near an outside door for easy entry and exit with the bikes.

we pulled into the parking lot and they were homeless people in the doorway. There was a drug deal going on in the parking lot. We didn’t even go inside. We tried to cancel and you’ll notice we booked on Expedia at another place and had a great experience at Steele Hill. I was asking to be refunded for this since we never even stayed

Lady on night shift was not only rude and mad disrespectful. But when I showed up at 11:30-12:00 and she was in the office with the door open and nodding off on her self and took ten mins to get her attention. Room was gross and when I told manger next day I was told to leave and DONT come back along with with the lady that loves sleeping standing up from the night before coming out of a side door while putting my stuff in the car running her mouth and telling me that I was told to leave.. happy I did rather sleep in the grass outside the place. Word of advice DONT stay here!!!! Not worth the headache.
