My room was newly renovated within the last weeks or months. All was excellent, until I woke up the first morning and saw a Bed Bug crawling on my bed. I alerted the staff and asked for a room change, they accommodated, but were only able to move me 2 doors down. Due to the close proximity of the first room, I was worried about encountering more Bed Bugs the second night. Fortunately, I didn't see any, but have taken precaution with my personal items to ensure I don't bring an infestation home with me.

Only three reasons we didn't give excellent. Room kinda smelt "funny." It wasn't bad, it just wasn't "fresh." There were no eggs for breakfast and not much variety. It was very crowded and hardly anything available for breakfast. We were trying to eat around 8-8:30 along with everyone else. And lastly, there was no ice in the machine. It just didn't work. Made a lot of noise like it was trying to work. It just didn't. No other complaints.

Staff was very courteous and professional! Room was clean & nice!! The bad thing was they had major construction going on which made it comber some to get to breakfast area. But it was still a very nice place to stay!! Overall it was great!!
