After being moved four times into different rooms because of no towels, door not opening, heater not working, to the final room where the tv wasnât working I was done moving and just feed up with the stay completely.
The bedding was all stained. The towels were all stained as well. Needed access to an ice machine. The doors wouldnât work well with the key cards. I was constantly having to go get the key card activated again. Even then the key card was hard to use to open the room door. The smell of weed was overwhelming at times from others staying there at the same time that we were there.
Staff was absolutely wonderful though. I would give the staff 5 stars. They donât charge for dogs staying, which was a plus for us.
Nasty funky and Dirty but the workers were respectful and very pleasant. The rooms look like it's still suffering from hurricane Katrina. It feels like death when you walk in....blood was on my pillow case. Room was sour and molded. Refrigerator was rusty. Bull dozer the whole damn building down!! Call someone because of hazardous/ roaches. Drug infested eewwwwwwww after 5 hours of driving I had to go to another location to rent a room and waited 5 days for my money to return back to my card
Booked a double bed room for 2 guests and got only 1 towel. Placement of the window unit couldn't cool the section for the beds. Booked a non-smoking room and the smell of cigarettes hit us when we opened the door.
Horrible. Only one set of towels, sheets had stains on them. No outlets available for phone charging. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the A/C did not xool off the room. Very uncomfortable
I was trying to take my dogs out and a man with only a wife beater shirt and black pants that are not buttoned and no shoes on starts yelling at me about my dogs. I ask him to move and he starts telling me he is the maintenance man and he will do whatever he wants. He then pressured me and made me feel uncomfortable till I left. And no hot water. Plus they told me if we wanted more than 2 towels (there was 4 people in my room) we would have to buy them ourselves.
