Casa Thea Family Villa With Heated Pool

Casa Thea is a three bedroomed semi-detached villa located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Carvoeiro but within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the village centre.



The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bath / shower rooms. The master has a king-sized bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite wet room. Bedroom two is a double with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom three is set up with two single beds, built in wardrobe and is adjacent to a third shower room.



The lounge and dining area is spacious with internet smart TV, Wi-Fi hub, Bluetooth speaker, log burning stove, comfortable seating and dining table for six.



Through a good sized, fully fitted kitchen there is access to a courtyard with laundry room and staircase leading to a roof terrace with seating. The kitchen is equipped with built in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a number of small electrical appliances such as Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, toaster and iron.



Leading from the lounge, patio doors open up to the pool area which was extensively refurbished in Spring 2023. A new barbecue and outside dining area are protected by a modern pergola with adjustable roof. A comfortable seating area is located under a shaded veranda area. There is ample space around the pool for the sunbeds and umbrellas and there is also a new area of artificial grass.

A car is not essential as restaurants, bars and shops are within easy walking distance. However, those travelling with a car will appreciate off road, gated parking and sun protection of a carport.



Overall, this light and airy villa is in an excellent position and is very well furnished, perfect for families or couples.

Beautiful and spacious villa

Very, very nice place with plenty of space for a family -- the perfect distance from all of the restaurants and activities in Carvoeiro, with easy access to multiple other towns throughout the Algarve.

Great location

This property is ideally located so you can walk into the centre for all the bars and restaurants. Communication from property manager was excellent. Had a few issues with the property on arrival which the property team came out to look at almost immediately, patio doors were repaired quickly although the safe that did not appear to work correctly was not fixed and property team were apologetic cleanliness of the property was good but attention to detail could have been better as rubbish was left in the bin under the sink. In summary. In summary property location was lovely we really enjoyed our two weeks holiday here would recommend

Lovely Villa & Pool

We really enjoyed our stay and the villa was very well equipped with all mod cons like a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and 3 bathrooms. The air con units in the bedrooms were powerful and much appreciated! The shutters also meant the bedrooms kept out the light early on the morning. The private pool was a real bonus. The area was quiet and very chilled. Supermarkets were only a 5 min drive away, as was Praia do Paraiso, a lovely small beach and cove. We had a few BBQs sat next to the pool enjoying the balmy evenings, although having Apple TV on tap was also a real hit. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Casa Thea.

Villa Holiday

I found the property to be excellent, Clean with all the amenities I required. The pool was very clean and a great size. The surrounding area was quiet, a short walk in to Carvoeiro, as advertised. All local ammenities were easily accessible. Thoroughly enjoy our stay and will look to book again if we decide to Holiday in this part of Portugal.

Lovely villa with great private pool

My husband and 2 adult sons have just spent a fabulous week at this great villa, situated in a quiet residential area, with private parking, about 10 minutes walk in to Carvoeiro, where there are many restaurants and bars and a sandy beach. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is lovely and well maintained with plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs. The property manager was really helpful and answered any questions promptly and helpfully. The cleaners who came mid week were friendly and efficient and the welcome pack of food and drink we found on our arrival was extremely gratefully received. Especially, as we arrived late in the evening after all the shops were closed. Lovely to also have all bath and pool towels provided for our stay. There was also a helpful booklet about everything you need to know about the villa and some recommendations of local restaurants to try. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa and loved the local area too! Thank you!
