The Space:

Villa Rocha makes for the ideal family holiday at any time of the year with its private swimming pool heating is available upon request at €175 per week, fully air-conditioned and central heating. The villa has covered terraces for outside dining, mature gardens that are fully fenced and private parking with an automatic gate for your privacy.



The property is located adjacent to Rocha Brava Village Resort near Carvoeiro. The resort has its own restaurant, cafes, bars, spa, gym, 4 tennis courts and supermarket. The local beach of Vale Centeanes with 400 meters of golden sands is just 10-minute walk away.



Villa Rocha has a comfortable open-planned lounge and dining room for 8 people, Satellite TV with English and German channels, DVD, Stereo and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room.



The bedrooms consist of 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.



Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few night clubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities and fantastic beaches. 



Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.



Guest Access:

Check-in / Check-out: 2 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
