Rosa was a wonderful host!! Very quick to respond to inquiries. We were met by Rosa at the apt. Rosa showed us how to access the front door, the elevators ( there were 2: 1 for the parking garage and 1 for the front entrance). The apartment itself was as shown in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cookware. Everything needed to cook at home. The bathroom had excellent lighting and the towels were very fluffy!! The downside was there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or wet towels. Also, even though the counter was a good size a few shelves or baskets to put things away would help. Washer and dryer included in the unit, however, the dryer didn’t get very warm so items took a long time to dry items. Definitely better than not having a dryer. The bed/ pillows very comfortable. Enough blankets to keep you toasty. Room darkening shutters were great. The Apt itself was chilly due to a very cold January. Rosa brought over an extra heater which was a great help. The living room has a nice sliding door to a patio. We didn’t use it due to the weather. TV worked well. The couch was a futon which isn’t the most comfortable.. but it was a place to sit. The area itself is at the beach with close access to the boardwalks. The area itself looks a little run down ( not the apt building)… but you’re at the beach!!! Easy walk Into town via the boardwalk.. lots to do in the summer months… not as much during winter.
