Casa Paraíso is a 250m² villa on two levels, with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and a private salt-water pool in a south-west facing fenced garden.
On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs shower room, and direct access to the garden and pool terrace. A covered outdoor lounge sits under a pergola, shaded from the afternoon sun with space for the whole group.
Upstairs, five individually styled bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed (180×200), an ensuite with bathtub, shower and WC, air conditioning, and a private balcony with sea views. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 each have a double bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and its own ensuite shower room. All five bedrooms have air conditioning.
The pool is salt-water, unheated, and 180 cm at its deepest point. The interior carries a distinctive Moorish-inspired character throughout, with ornate ceilings, hand-painted tiles, and layered textures that give the villa a warmth most holiday homes simply do not have.
Sit on the upper terrace as the sun drops toward the ocean and you will understand exactly why this place is called Paraíso.

## Neighborhood
Praia da Luz is a relaxed beach village on the western Algarve coast, about 6 km from Lagos. The village is built around a wide sandy bay, sheltered to the east by the dark headland of Rocha Negra. The promenade runs the length of the beach, lined with cafés, restaurants, and surf schools. It is the kind of place where days slow down naturally.
The beach is calm and well-suited to swimming, with gentle waters in summer that make it a popular choice for families. The village has everything you need within a short walk: a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and local bars. The Roman ruins just off the beachfront are worth a look on a quieter afternoon.
Lagos is the obvious day trip, around ten minutes by car. The historic old town, the marina, Ponta da Piedade sea arches, and the beaches of Dona Ana and Camilo are all within easy reach. The clifftop trail from Luz to Lagos along the Fishermen's Trail is one of the finest coastal walks in the Algarve, covering roughly 11 km with views the whole way. Burgau, a quieter fishing village, lies about 7 km to the west.
Faro Airport is approximately 80 km away, around one hour by car.

A car is recommended for this location. Praia da Luz is served by a local bus connection to Lagos (Linha 4 from Lagos bus station, around 25 minutes), but for day trips and exploring the wider Algarve, a car makes a significant difference. Lagos is approximately 6 km away, around ten minutes by car. Faro Airport is approximately 80 km, around one hour by car. Street parking and one private parking space are available at the property.
