Villa Praia de Branson:
Located in the new luxury development “Ocean View”, in Porto de Mós, Lagos, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, offers an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna and gym (all common areas). It is located just a few meters from the golden sands of Porto de Mós Beach and a short drive (by car) from the bustling Marina of Lagos. Perfect for those looking to enjoy a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday and looking to explore the Western Algarve.
The apartment has been decorated with excellent taste, featuring a combination of woods in its natural colours and grey. The furniture is of exceptional quality, with a modern style and very comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay, including TV, cable TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and eco-friendly climate control, which uses less energy than traditional AC. Please note it doesn't cool as low as standard air conditioning.
The interior of the apartment, bright and open, consists of an open plan room, which includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The latter is fully equipped, with state-of-the-art appliances, providing everything you will need for a self-sufficient and relaxed holiday. The lounge expands, through French sliding doors, to the spacious and private terrace, which is divided into a dining area and a living area. In this space you can relax in the sun or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.There are three spacious bedrooms, all with double beds. The double bedroom has access to a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, and the remaining bedrooms access to a shower bathroom.
The apartment is also perfectly equipped for a winter let, with its underfloor heating and a south-facing terrace, which allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The “mini-spa”, in the communal areas, is equipped with an indoor heated pool, fully equipped gym, sauna and jacuzzi, which means you will have everything you need to relax during the winter.
The glorious Porto de Mós beach, has two excellent restaurants and is less than a 10-minute walk away, while an 8-minute car/taxi ride takes you to the bustling historic town of Lagos. Once in the historic city center of Lagos, you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the riverside, along the Avenida large sidewalk, or enjoy a quiet meal in one of the many restaurants and cafes that the city has to offer. On the other side of the river, you will find the modern ‘Marina de Lagos’ where you can find several restaurants and bars.For golf lovers, you can try the Boa Vista Golf Resort and/or Palmares, which are just a short drive away.
