Charming old home in a great location. However we did have some concerns. The main entry way is very small and awkward with curving stairs on both sides, would not recommend arriving after dark. The hand railing was not fastened securely to the wall, and as itâs planks of wood, not an actual rail, is hard to grab if you needed to. Could be a hard place to stay if you or another guest have limited mobility or poor balance. Several light switches and outlets didnât work, neither did the oven. Also, I donât think anyone would have wanted to sleep on the pull out as it angled down at the foot of the bed and you could feel the springs with your hands. We slept on the couch instead. We would not recommend for 6 people, only 4. We still had a great trip and enjoyed the view morning, noon and night! Would come back now that we know what to expect and how quirky it is, with less people. A great option for the price point. Really friendly neighborhood. Easy walk (with hills) to beaches and downtown Laguna. Loved the Laguna Trolley for transportation when desired.
