The person who checked me in was polite and professional. The room was older showing signs of wear and tear like a cracked sink and a refrigerator that could not be turned on because the knob was broken. After calling the front desk, they quickly sent a worker who resolved the problem. The bad part was checking out. The woman working the desk had no name tag so I can only give a physical description of her, I believe an Indian, very short and not helpful. Instead of trying to solve a problem she was rude and asked me "What do you expect me to do about that??" It's just not something that qualified customer service workers say to clients. I'm not sure if I will return.

I love this property. I've stayed here 3 times, and I've never had a single issue. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a little dated but not bad. Very clean, and I like the garden view rooms. They provide breakfast, but I haven't taken advantage of it yet, so I can't comment. There are plenty of restaurants close by and shopping. The freeway is also close and plenty of onsite parking.

not too far for daily beach trips but much more reasonable price. my service animal was welcome. no pets. the pool and hot tub work and so does a sauna. it is a proper wood panel sauna. the hotel grounds themselves are quite nice but you are surrounded by a freeway and next door to a liquor store and chick-fil-a. all in all a good deal at my price.
