Very clean, beautiful view, really enjoyed our stay. I really appreciated the property management team even helping us figure out a plan during the tsunami.
Ocean views were the best! Loved the fresh plumeria right outside the home, access to outdoor shower after spending time at the beach, the views from the back covered lanai were breathtaking. You can spot turtles from the back. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and necessary items. Beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen. Kind Reminder that you can only have max 2 vehicles. First one is included, second vehicle you pay about 10/day using their portal. Owner was prompt on any services needed and even replaced the propane tank on the grill within 1 hour. Bath soaps provided, though I recommend bringing your own travel soaps. The town of Lahaina has everything you need and access to beaches, but know that they are rebuilding from the fires a couple years ago in the area just up the road. For those with little kids, there isnât a high chair or pack n play, but you can rent from a reasonable company on the island and theyâll deliver items straight to your door. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well. Top bedroom with the two twin beds gets a little warmer. Access to the beach is about 1/4Mile down from the Vrbo. Itâs a pretty walk and can be accessed walking along backyards or from the neighborhood road. The property is gated. There is one pool that was on the warmer side and a small childrenâs playground. Property is very well maintained.Memories to last a lifetime. So incredibly thankful for the opportunity to stay there and celebrate life with ohana.
We had two families stay at the property-plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The unit was clean and updated. They were very accommodating-let us check in early as we had an early flight. Extremely communicative and responsive. Would stay again!
Authentic Lahaina Stay with Unbeatable SunsetsWe stayed for five nights to celebrate a birthday and Motherâs Dayâthree sisters seeking peace and connection. The home is located right on a busy road, which was a surprise. You will hear both traffic and the powerful ocean, but the beachfront sunsets made it completely worth it.The view is truly stunningâno need for a sunset cruise. The house is simple and clean, designed for indoor-outdoor living. All bedrooms are upstairs. The air conditioning and fans worked perfectly. We had no bug issuesâjust a few tiny ants, which is normal, and one brief mouse visit. We did not cook, just used the refrigerator for salads and yogurt. The kitchen is barebones but functional. The couch has changed from the listing photos, and only one pool is available, which may need updating. We did not use the washer and dryer. There were plenty of beach supplies: chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, towels, and an outdoor shower that kept sand out. Floors were a bit dustyâzories (flip-flops) helped. The location is great. We loved the sunrise at Maalaea, hula show at the Cannery, crafts market in the Ross lot, and Mamaâs Fish House (pricey but worth itâbook early). Avoid the chaos of Whalers Village. Plenty of great lunch spots behind Safeway and the Cannery. This is not a resort. If you want a polished hotel, look elsewhere. But if you seek the spirit of ohana, peace, and connection to the land, this is the place.
Pumana was a beautiful area. We arrived just before a huge storm and the 2nd night of our stay there was a leak in the ceiling from the heavy rain fall. We got in touch with the property manager and he helped us move to a different property. We were thankful for his help and kindness. We were extremely happy with our stay.
The rental had multiple disappointing issues. Some are listed: the house had cockroaches, centipedes, spiders and ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The AC didnât work twice during our stay. The master bedroom had no door or windows that opened. The AC in the master bedroom barely worked. We relied one the room fan for air circulation. The rental was bare minimum cheap on supplies, considering how much we paid for 21 days stay!
A wonderful visit cut short by the tragic Lahaina fire
We found our rental unit quite adequate for our family party of 8. Our first four days were filled with the activities we had looked forward to doing since we began planning the trip: snorkeling, body surfing, beach hiking, shopping, checking out new places to eat, pictures under the banyan tree, watching the sunset at the Haleakala summit, and soaking up the warm Hawaii sun at our beach front rental. About four days into our stay, the winds kept increasing (and we were informed that they weren't trade winds but a hurricane), the power poles blew down, we lost power, and trees and branches were falling all over the property, and we had to remain inside. Then we happened to see the tremendous black cloud of smoke to the north in downtown Lahaina, and we immediately started to pack our bags. We were soon ordered to evacuate and thankfully we were ready to do so. We spent the last two days of our trip in a condo in Kihei. Our hearts go out to all the people of Lahaina who have lost loved ones, their homes and their livelihood. We have been told that our unit survived the fire, but many other buildings were destroyed. We thank God for His protection and provision for our family
Eight of us stayed at the property for 4 nights. Everything was as described. Property was clean and ready at check-in time, contact person responded quickly, and it's a great location. Really can't say enough about the view out the back......ocean steps away and incredible sunsets every night. Even woke up one night at 3:30 to see a beautiful full moon over the water out my window. So lovely. We needed a blow up bed and forgot to bring one. We found one on the property which was great except it didn't hold air the whole night......had to blow up again in the middle of the night. But it was great that it was there for us to use and it saved us a trip to go buy one! Overall everything was excellent and I would stay there again in a heart beat!!
Nice condo located in Lahina at the end of the complex so you get great privacy and a quiet location. The view from the master bedroom is amazing! Overall it's a great spot for 6-8 people, the 3rd bedroom is really a kid room as it has vaulted low ceilings so adults would have to bend over. All rooms has there own A/C so you can stay cool. The beach is rocky there but if you go to the 2nd access area and straight into the water there you will find a small area with little to no rocks. Overall great stay and location.
The views are amazing and sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean is bliss. The kitchen is well-stocked with updated appliances. When we arrived the upstairs bedroom needed the AC unit to be replaced but the property manager was prompt and replaced it the next morning. The dryer also decided to stop working so we didnât get to use the laundry but the manager provided clean beach towels for our stay. My only complaints are the floors were not very clean (we like to take off shoes indoors but had to keep them on during our stay) and there was a funky musty smell but got used to it after a couple days. Communication with the manager was very good and prompt.
Everything was great except beach access was too far from the unit, the complex needs to add another entry point at the south end of complex
The only access is at the north end and the center. Inconvenient for the units at the south end.
The unit as well, equipped with beach, chairs, towels, toys
The views are amazing!
We had a fantastic time staying at this house. 5 minutes from downtown Lahaina, shops, marina, restaurants and all the activities you could want. The properly was a little dirty on the floors but everything else was smooth and enjoyable
We were at this property for two weeks and our family had a wonderful stay! You canât beat the location so close to Lahaina and right on the ocean. We really enjoy the views and listening to the waves!
The house is well equipped with everything you need. The only warning we have is the ceiling height in the bedroom with the twin beds. Great for kids but low for adults!
We would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
This property was awesome! The location was great. The view from the lanai is incredible. The unit is at the southern most end of the property. So, it was quiet and secluded.
We had a wonderful stay at Lahaina. The location of the property was incredible. Beach walks in the morning were accented by monk seals playing in the water, literal feet away from us. We also saw sea turtles multiple times. The property comfortably fit six people of multiple generations. The location was wonderful for front street and numerous beaches.
