The ocean view was spectacular. The resort was a good value for the price. We liked the location. The only thing we would have liked to work better was the AC in the room.

Being up right next to the beach was amazing. Especially with the hot tub. You could fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Parking was a bit limited by the end of the day, but you could park at the next door resort.

No one came to change out towels, throw out garbage and we were told to walk our garbage down to the beach… after paying $300 in fees, I thought someone would be taking the garbage and switching towels for those who stayed there for 1 week. When asking for new towels, it seemed like an inconvenience. HVAC wasn’t working, toilet handle is broken and us and our other party were put on separate floors which was a bummer.

Great place, could be a bit better

The view is amazing, since the building is pretty much in the water(it'll be in a few years). We could see some turtles swimming in front of the property. The bed was hard and smaller than the advertised queen. The balcony door doesn't seal completely so the ocean noise is very loud. The check in process after hours is confusing and could be clearer in the app.

Well its Molokai, so of course its beautiful. The stay is very nice, beautifull Ocean view, a short walk to a beautifull beach! All that is well and good. -- Better signage (lighted) . Larger numbers on buildings would help if you arrive at near dark like i did., all the buildings look the same, hard to locate small numbers on buildings, took about 30 minutes of searching , even after i found the grounds manager, she was very kind , took me around in golf cart to locate the unit. . So after im in, it very nice, very happy with location. Then i find there is no Wi-fi as described: KBR 2215, , Part of my visit to Hawaii is to look for house to buy, and i need the wifi for search, no wifi on phone either as the hosts server is non excistant. Also issuies with the remotes for tv dont work eithier( batteries dead) . The next thing was the toilet flush handle

Our stay presented good value and a beautiful ocean view, but several issues affected our overall experience. A few days into our stay we found a leak in the closet from the air conditioning, resulting in a large puddle, our safe was in there as well. Thankfully our belongings were unaffected and maintenance arrived within a couple of hours to address the problem. We also noticed considerable hair on the sofa, indicating insufficient cleaning after previous guests. When we contacted the front desk (a couple days into our stay) we learned that cleaning is available only for an extra fee. This policy was not communicated beforehand. I called to get the checkout instructions which were very vague, simply to “take out the trash,” and there was no clear guidance on where to dispose of it. On checkout morning, we approached the front desk for clarification but were met with a closed window and delayed assistance with a staff member at the front desk ignoring us because “they open at 10.” Only after pressing for an answer were we directed to trash chutes at the end of the hall. Additionally, details about hotel amenities were lacking. Staff at the neighboring Sands of Kahana were far more helpful and knowledgeable about our property and we checked in there due to the absence of staff at our own hotel. Their service was much more pleasant and accommodating. While the location and views were excellent, problems with cleanliness, communication, and service impacted our stay. Not rec.

We arrived with low expectations based on previous reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! The condos were beautiful and clean, we had a very comfortable stay with no issues whatsoever. Since it wasn’t too busy during our visit, we enjoyed having most of the amenities, like the pool and hot tub, all to ourselves on many occasions. The beach was stunning, and the sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking. We even spotted a lot of turtles while snorkeling! Plus, Honolua Bay is only a 10-minute drive away, and in my opinion, it’s one of the best beaches for snorkeling and has tons of shade in the area. Got to see eels, rays, parrot fish, turtles, a weird looking sword fish, reef sharks, and a whole bunch of cool looking fish. I highly recommend renting a car to explore the island there's just so much to see and do! Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay. I’d rate it a solid 10/10!
