The property was awesome with convenience to shops and their own gift shops/little store on main floor. The only thing I would have to complain about it is the parking garage, you can hear people coming and leaving because you’ll hear squeals of the tires from your room.

This hotel is the most interactive and inviting hotel I’ve ever experienced. Always a staff member around making sure the experience is the best it can be. The spiritual connection to the grounds is inspiring.

First off ill start with the highlight. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The pool area was okay. Spemt most of the time in the ocean. The staff earned the 3 stars i give. The lowlights are typical Hawaii. 45 dollar resort fee for a bunch of stuff we didnt want or use. But go down to the beach and they wanted to rent us chairs and am umbrella. Literally charging for the things we want amd making us pay for stuff we didnt want. We just went to rental store and rented the chairs, umbrella, cooler amd boogie boards for like 140$ for the whole week. Then there was the 25$ self park or 35$ valet. Chose the valet just so i could tip the staff and help them out. All in all ill jist be staying in airbnbs for any future trip to hawaii. The safe was inoperable in the room and the lanai door had to be pryed open because the lock was stuck
