Amazing view. Great space. Quiet beach. Great food at Captain Jacks. We visited family members staying in other resorts on the island and saw first hand the Great value here comparatively to others. Very friendly staff, and helpful concierge services. Always greeted with a smile and offer to help in any way. Easy to navigate everything needed for an incredible stay!

I had a great stay at Hands of Kahana. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was smooth, the instructions were easy to follow, and there was plenty of parking available. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were more than enough towels provided. The night receptionist was also very nice and welcoming. We also visited Captain Jack’s — the food wasn’t great, but the service was good, and Eric took good care of us. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle‑free experience

Had two seperate incidents with rodents that we had to capture ourselves. They did not clean the area the rodents where in we had to do it ourselves and have rude employees that disrespected my husband and myself multiple times. Joanne the manager was great and so was Dolly they tried to assist us but the other employees need some customer service training or new jobs. From money flicking at our feet to another employee giggling about our situation and the last one that rudely asked you have a problem in a rude tone. Our Christmas and new years and my daughters quinceañera will definitely be one to remember but not in a good way. Maui is beautiful and yes we are respectful when coming to visit but just like I give respect I would hope to have respect given back.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this condo! The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to washer and dryer, which made our stay so convenient and stress-free. The views were breathtaking, waking up to the ocean every morning was pure paradise. The property also offered top-notch amenities, including a beautiful pool, easy beach access, and well-maintained grounds. The location was perfect for exploring the island, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back.

Great property, restaurant accommodates allergy requests (I am celiac and have a shellfish allergy and ate there 3 times without getting sick). Great beach access and very nice spacious condo - we stayed in the 3 bedroom). Overall a great experience!

Was a wonderful experience. The 3 bedroom condo was huge and fit 6 of us comfortably. It was very clean and stocked with anything we need. I was wary of booking because of the cockroaches mentioned in other reviews but happy to say we only found 1 cockroach in 8 days and it was by the open patio door. Felt like the best bang for your buck on Maui. Ask for ocean view because it made all the difference. We will be back. Staff and amenities were fantastic.
