I did not stay in room. When get to hotel at desk clerk says I have no reservation and even showing him my confirmation and payment receipt, he says I have no room. I am HIGHLY UPSET and I demand a refund from Expedia for allowing a scam!!! I had to pay again to another hotel and start all over again!!! This is totally unacceptable and I want to file a complaint against Expedia as well as receive a full refund back for this inexcusable occurrence!!!
