This place is magical!

“The Courtyard Review: Laie Edition” This is by far the best Courtyard I have ever stayed in. You will be happy to know, that upon arrival, everything was clean and fresh. Floors were sparkling, the walls were nicely painted and the decor was updated. The staff (Kanna) was pleasant and welcomed me with a box of chocolates. I got my key card and headed down the hallway. This is a weird pet peeve of mine, but I get so bugged when hotel carpets in the hallway are dirty. These were NOT. They were very clean and the carpet design was lovely. I opened the door with the keycard and it worked without a problem. Such a plus. The room was perfect. Everything was clean and the beds were welcoming and comfortable. I was on the first floor with a view of the beautiful pool. The bathroom was an excellent size. It looked great and had no wear and tear from the island or guests. Super fresh. If I were Goldilocks, I would’ve sighed and said, “This is just right.” The grounds: Very well maintained. Palm trees were perfectly placed against the well thought out height of the building. Another sigh of “Just right.” I took advantage of the pool in the evening. MAGICAL. I soaked in the hot tub and chatted with guests. When done, I rested on a cabana lounge facing a crescent moon on a black canvas of sky, masterfully framed by two palm trees. Somebody pinch me. I must be dreaming. But it was real … and it was glorious.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Nice property overall, but rooms could be updated a bit. Rooms were too dark, furniture etc...The floors were dirty, food debri where the sitting area in the lobby. Overall a good hotel.
