We had the deluxe chalet. The room was very clean, charming and provided everything we needed. The staff were especially accomodating after a noise issue. The grounds were wonderful and the buffet was great. A+ all around for the staff.

My room wasn’t ready. The front desk said they would text me when it was ready, but didn’t because they said they were busy. I didn’t get my room until 5:45pm. The heater clicked and banged all night. It was really hard to sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean and nice. The property is beautiful.

The staff was friend, the amenities were great; however, because the lodges share a wall they are very loud. We can hear the neighbors at night and the floor is very noisy when you are walking.
