Waited over 21/2 hrs for someone to get to business to give me a key. Told me no vacancy all rooms dirty. Lots of drama between husband and wife running business. I cleaned my own room to stay. Next day they took my belongings even though I had a 4 day rent. Do not recommend
I didn't even stay there because I got turned away last night by a man working in the front. I showed up last night to check in and got turned away, the man said "no room, no room".
I told him that I already booked the room, he proceeds to say, "talk to them about getting your money back". Worst customer service. As my boyfriend and I were leaving, I caught the man smiling while he was talking on the phone barefooted. I was very annoyed. I'm never ever come back.
Worst experience ever. No one was available to check us in,parking lot was full of trash everywhere, employee came an hour later drunk just to refuse to check us in
Sticky floors and surfaces. Gap under the door with insects crawling in. Air conditioner smelled like mold. No phones in room and cell phone numbers posted on the office door for "service " are never answered. Owners are from India and are very rude towards customers. My towels were dirty and when I asked for fresh towels he slammed the door in my face.
Cigarette burns on comforters and sheets in a non smoking room. Floors were sticky and hair in the shower. There was someone's food in the refrigerator. This seems like a one night stand hotel. She asked me if I wanted a room in the back for privacy. I said no, I'm with my wife. Terrible experience.
I reserved a room on Hotels.com at approximately 4 pm on check in day. I arrived to check in at around 8:20 pm. The office was locked and there was a sign with a Florida and a Texas phone number saying call either of these for assistance. No one answered either after several attempts. Looking in the office, I see it connects to the adjoining hotel room.I knock on the room door and a male voice screams "What?" I say I need to check in. It's 39 degrees outside and 10 minutes have already passed. I see a female in a robe look through the office door at me and she goes back inside. I knock on the door again and a male of Indian descent walked out, looking as though he was sleeping. He rudely says what and no vacancy. I tell him I already paid for the room I reserved. He tells me to come back after midnight. Thinking he didn't understand me, I show him my online reservation. He says "So?" Then he slams the door and walks away. I have never been treated like this at any establishment. The hotel was virtually empty and there was a cart with linens sitting out in the elements. He refused to check me in after explaining that I had a reservation. I will never go there again. It was 39 degrees outside after a long drive and now I have to find another hotel. I am a well dressed, 48 year old African American male and was refused service in the year 2025.
We drove all the way from Texas and booked online. When we tried to check in the front desk told us that there were no rooms available because they were closed down for business. We had to go look for another room at a different location.
