Good but could be better...

Cleanliness was amazing. Staff outstanding... just a few suggestions. 1. Put an iron & board in each room. 2. Put bedside lamps in room. 3. If in a kitchenette room it should have plates, cups, glasses etc. in the room.

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to review your hotel. My husband arrived Sunday, June 8 to check into his room the clerk advised him he owed 100.00 dollars for the deposit. My husband advised him that last week he didn't ask for a deposit. And the clerk said I forgot. My husband told him that sounded suspicious. The clerk told him he could not stay there. And kept his money for the week we reserved. I feel like Red Roof Inn should refund our money we paid, since my husband was told he could not stay there. We always stay at Red Roof Inn when needed. And have stayed many times on vacation and my husband just started a job in Sulpher and planned on an extended stay at Red Roof Inn.

This is second time here at this property. Staff is great. Beds need a little updating. Room 111 we stayed in this last time needs new floor tile updated or fixed. Finish is wore off in the walking path in the room and water pressure is not real good even on 1st floor
