The staff that worked there was all phenomenal. We did an overnight stay which was great for our 4 year old. We did a couple hours the day of check in and a couple hours the next morning before we left. We were disappointed to see the gift shop closed during the week. And I wish the pool was a little nicer in areas. there was some bandages by the hot tub that went outside that look like they've been there a while, the floating stump/lilly pad was very warn down and my 4 year old was too grossed out to touch it. The life guards are on watch and are on top of it which was very reassuring.

Nice, big room! Very friendly staff and lifeguards were alert and good. Pull out couch was insanely uncomfortable but that’s a given with a pullout couch! All around very good visit, we will definitely be back!

Very Kid & Family Friendly

It was a great time! We took our toddler for a fun family getaway and it did not disappoint. Our toddler was in the water park ALL DAY. They also have an arcade room, daily free activities (we did cookie decorating & a dance party), and a mini bowling alley. So much to do for the little ones… we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Short stay and likely going back

Property and people were great. Waterpark was great. Food at Maple and Moose was mostly mediocre at best. The room was great, the bed was awful as was the pull out mattress. Products provided were very nice. Prince, one of the waiters we had for breakfast was great.
