Wow! What a well-kept grand old hotel. Jennifer Anne at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Everyone working here were pleasant I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The beautiful old hotel is wonderful! The rooms are clean and recently renovated with a large high ceiling lobby and a quaint little pub where we enjoyed our dinner on the patio with our puppy. Jennifer at the front desk was so friendly and informative, and Justin in the Park 29 restaurant was so personable and helpful. And it's walking distance from the main street in Glens Falls. We really enjoyed the Queensbury!

The breakfast was reasonable and good. It was near all the places I wanted to visit. They never heard of an upgraded room. The room was small. Bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't stay asleep. Bathroom toilet is for little kids. It's so low that it feels like your fallng before you reach it. Also ladies who like to dry well after urinating, watch your hand because the toilet water is very close! Will not go back.
You feel as though you are going to fall on the floor before reaching the bowl. Too low and hand hits the water while wiping! It's for a pre schooler.

The room was good but the toilet is typical to NY, very low and with the handle on the side which is not convenient. I wish bathroom had a fan and more hooks or shelves for the towels. We had a door to adjoining room and could hear the neighbor's kids crying at night and talking as if they were in our room. Otherwise, the hotel is ok with 2 restaurants on site and walkable to stores and other places.

The Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful! The cleaning crew were fantastic! Delicious food and both the hotel's restaurants, and wonderful & quick wait staff! Around the property, we did notice quite a few homeless individuals, with police monitoring them.
