The TV and coffee maker in the room didn’t work. We were told when we reported that the TV didn’t work that they would make it right when we checked out but at checkout they just said they had been having a lot of issues with the TV’s but did nothing to make it right like they had previously said. If we had not been promised that it would be made right and then nothing, I would have given a better review.
