best in price under $100 this hotel checked all the boxes, don't plan on having breakfast here, unless you like sugar cereal. good location, safe, pretty clean, quick service ,rooms were spacious. I would stay there again. I'm a longtime Hilton Awards Diamond member.

This is a spartan hotel but it did the job for the price. I was in town for 3 days to help pack my father’s house. The AC is amazing; which is great to have in AZ. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and it did what I needed for the price. Do not expect a continental breakfast. The towels are super thin; I had to use 2-3 each shower to really dry off. My room was never cleaned while I was there nor was I given the option to choose that. I found the cleaning staff and grabbed extra towels ans soap.

One of the best places to stay in Havasu. The prices are good. The staff's amazing Easy parking The rooms are clean and I mean clean and I'm OCD. So they are nice and clean. Have options of getting a kitchennette so you can cook if you want to one of the best places to stay in havasu

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in lake Havasu in years. The rooms are completely clean. They're like immaculent. Honestly, this is amazing hotel and I recommend it over the london bridge resort

Our Havasu Go To

We cannot say enough good things about this location! We stay here every trip to Havasu and have never regretted it. The family who manages it treats us with such kindness and they go out of their way to ensure that the stay is comfortable. They are attentive, personable and it is obvious that they care about their business and customers. Although the building itself is not as new as some in the area it is kept clean, maintained, and we have never had any issues. The building is kept at a comfortable temperature even in the blazing heat of summer. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our comfortable kitchenette unit. However the entrance at back door with handicap ramp does not allow enough room to enter with wheelchair and have door opening outward. It’s dangerous and concrete pad needs to be extended another foot. My mom’s wheelchair fell off walkway and she almost fell. Otherwise door should open inward. I am going to tell motel management before I leave tomorrow.

Appreciate the convenience of the pool in the inside. Clean rooms and the house keepers were very friendly and gave me towels when asked. Fresh donuts in the morning.

Bed bugs! Our room was infested with bed bugs! We woke up super early the first morning of our stay and I happened to look down and see a bed bug on the bed! So I started looking around and there was several of them! I killed several of them. There was bed bug poop and bed bugs in between the mattresses and the sheets! Then I started to notice I had bites. Obviously we checked out immediately and when we went to get our money back and to complain about the bed bugs they didn't even want to see the pictures we took. They knew they had bed bugs and they did not look surprised at all when we told them. Not to mention the place is run down and the very first thing that happened when we arrived was we noticed there was a puddle on our floor and the sink was leaking and they had no plumber on site to fix it and the guy put a trash can and towels underneath our sink! They're so called free breakfast was literally still cereal and juice and there was no utensils or bowls or anything to even eat it. Stay away unless you want bed bugs!
