Very nice place in Lake Louise, perfect location to visit both lakes in Banff. Very convenient for pick up for the limousine service to the lakes as well. The tariff is really high tho, but the cabin we stayed in was beautiful, neat and clean. There was a little kitchen in our room as well which was quite handy. The staff was quite helpful in terms of storing our luggage in a closet. One of the receptionists was not friendly but others were great and polite.

The hotel as a whole has nice grounds, lobby nice and two really good restaurants, probably best in town. The rooms are outdated and look old and beds not that comfy. But, for a quick stay as passing through it’s worth staying!

The staff was delightful and graciously moved us to a new location because the first room was quite inconvenient for us. We appreciated their hospitality. The room and hotel grounds are showing their age. There was a hole in our screen, but that was offset by the extremely convenient parking. All in all, a good place to stay.

This property is very very dated. There is no air conditioning and our room was extremely hot and we didn’t sleep. The lighting is just a lamp in a night stand. The bathroom is very dated with a dirty shower curtain. There is free parking on site and plenty of restaurants choices on-site or across the street. I would not stay again based on high price and the quality of the room.
