Absolutely exceptional cabin!

The cabin was well equipped with all of our necessities and needs as if we were home. Clean, cozy rooms and easy working kitchen with a beautiful screened-in porch including a swing, rocking chairs and dining seating. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all Chimney rock has to offer, including Chimney Rock, Chimney Rock village and Lake Lure. Shops were awesome and lunch and dinner onions were great. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Ultimate get away spot

We enjoyed our day and it was a perfect location for getting to the various Attractions in Lake Lure. The extended screened in porch is awesome. Also, the jet tub was appreciated after a long hike up to chimney rock. It was a pleasant Stay for our family!

Cabin did not live up to the pictures. There were bugs in the kitchen. Will not stay there again or recommend to anyone else. Definitely not worth the money spent for this property.

Great cabin for a family vacation

Everything about this cabin was perfect. It is in a wonderful location close to lots of activities. We enjoyed chimney rock and the flowering bridge. Also, the provided good coffee! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fabulous location and cabin

Everything was perfect about Autumn Splendor. It was glorious to have two full bathrooms adjacent to two bedrooms on either side of the cabin. The common space is small but fine and the screened in porch is huge and lovely.

Perfect location!

This beautiful little cabin was located near great restaurants, grocery store, and all the activities that we wanted to visit in the area. Every detail was thought of and it felt just like home. Cleaner than any VRBO we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be back. It was perfect!

Thoughtfully planned and well located

Autumn Splendor was in a great location across the street from the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge which led into a pathway to the marina and town. In the other direction the village of Chimney Rock was walkable although there were no sidewalks. The cabin was clean and one of the most organized, well thought out, and well equipped rentals we’ve had. Plus, it was pet friendly! I thought it was best suited for one couple or a family with young children since the loft bedroom was substantially smaller. Each bedroom had a small tv as did the the compact living room/kitchen area. More comfortable seating there might have been welcome. Two bathrooms were truly a luxury for a vacation rental. My husband thought the shower was a tight fit. The towels and linens were of good quality. The extra large screened porch was our favorite. The only thing we didn’t like was the street light directly in front, as well as a bright light in the parking area in back, taking away from viewing the night sky and that cabin in the woods feel. I can understand the safety reasons that the area would be so well lit, though.

Amazing

This was by far the best VRBO I have ever experienced. The hosts provided just enough, but not too much. I never had to reach out because everything worked perfectly or was easy to figure out. The location with the screened in porch is beautiful especially in the morning with the birds singing. It's also right across the street from the Flower Bridge which is beautiful and free! The beds were also very comfortable, and the cabin was spotless. It was peaceful and relaxing! Thank you!

Clean cabin and great location

Our family of five stayed here during spring break. It's located between Lake Lure and Chimney Rock just off the main road. You can walk to either town from the cabin. The cabin was small but had a perfect layout. It was plenty for our family, especially with the two large (one screened in) porches. We are very critical of cleanliness and this was probably the cleanest place we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation would be to add a Keurig coffee pot instead of the traditional.

Cozy Cabin walking distance from the Flowering Bridge

The was a perfect little cabin for our family of 5. I was able to visit the Flowering Bridge on foot and walk to the visitor center and park. We were just minutes from Chimney Rock Park and the surrounding downtown area. We will be back! The cabin had everything we needed. Wi-Fi worked great also!

Perfect!

This cabin is roomy and comfortable. It was immaculately clean and very pretty. The location is perfect. It is close to all the activities in town but in a quiet, easily accessable spot. Check in was easy. Everything we needed was there. Also very pet friendly. Our dog loved sitting out on the porch. It is easy walking distance from the Flowering Bridge which we really enjoyed. We wouldn't change a thing,!

Fantastic Cabin

This cabin was perfect! The attention to detail and the friendliness of the hosts were all amazing. It is a comfortable place close to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure so the location couldn't have been better. It is fully equipped and has so many amenities. I will definitely stay here again!
