Our stay was fine. Our room was below expectations. Weird portable A/c with the hose going through the window. No entry rug or mat. Certainparts of the room look tired and not well maintained. Cracked caulking, beat up base boards, etc. I’ve stayed in worse places. EV charging was a definite plus, and the coffee from the little cafe was tasty.

Customer service is great! Very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were just ok. Small in size, especially the bathroom. Balcony was ok but not private. The rooms were affordable and the location is good. The restaurant on the property is convenient and the live music and atmosphere is cool. Not sure if I would stay again but I would recommend it to friends on a budget. Overall my stay was fine. I appreciate good service.

The room felt dirty. The carpet was black from stains and matted. After calling the front desk for the bathroom to be cleaned and told someone would do this, nobody ever showed up. There was also no body soap - container was empty and you can’t get anything (towels, soap) if it’s after 11am. We did not enjoy our stay.

Overall the staff was very good. Problem was the room. First room we got had a big stain on the comforter. That was changed of course but when we came back there was a leak in the ceiling right onto the bed. They changed our room but we were suppose to have a nice room for a couple and got a family style room where the bed was covered by a full tent. I get the theme but it was not what we wanted and then the tv wasn’t working, phone was disconnected and no cord o plug it in and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Again the staff was more then helpful but the room itself was bad.
