The room looks clean on the first look but once you stay, you will find it is actually dirty. This hotel is roach infested. Contacted expedia and the expedia contacted the hotel. Apparently they cannot do anything. I insisted them to find me a replacement. After that, they said they will send me an email which i never received. Both of the hotel and this app have no responsibility or whatsoever. On top of that, the receptionist is rude too. I couldn't find any bottled water in the room. So I called the one and only receptionist. She said "The water from the sink is drinkable. Anything else?". Who in their right mind would drink tap water from roach infested place. After I went to the front desk because I saw water bottles. I asked if they sell them. She did not even try to be nice but say "If you see them we have it". A simple "Yes we do" would have been nice. After that, they only accept cash for water when there is a card reader right in front of my face. She told me to go to 7-11 just for the water at 11pm.

The was quite large and looked like freshly remodeled. Very clean. Loved the large jacuzzi tub. Only suggestions would be a small chest of drawers but more important a small table and a small chair. We brought our own folding table for in-room dining and games. Also another hook in the bathroom for towels would have been nice.

I had an issue with the beds, and the attendant didn't think twice and was able to fix it very quickly. After a long trip, it was such a blessing to have the front desk be so accommodating and helpful.

Our first day, another guest began looking for a bowl for cereal, the staff member working behind desk said kind of snarkily that there wasn't any bowls and that's why the cereal wasn't put out for guests. Same staff member was irritated when she saw the cereal was out from under the counter the guest's husband had pulled ou. I spoke up and said, if you're out of bowls and put the cereal away, you probably should put the oatmeal away as well. She looked over at me and said, that's a good point. The point is, it wouldn't have hurt to ask someone on staff to run to dollar general or somewhere nearby and purchase a couple packs of bowls. Breakfast was only about halfway in and there were no bowls, no cereal, and no way to really eat oatmeal. And there was a room filling with hungry guests. Surely there is petty cash set aside for emergency situations such as this. Another reason why I find myself a little irritated with this particular guest services rep, is she was sitting next to the dining area and never got up to even check to see how dirty the dining space had gotten. I had to ask her for a clorox wipe to clean the counter, and the tables around us. I do understand she may have been working on a project on the computer. But generally when someone does something that isn't their job, especially a paying guest, the other person will say thank you. Instead, I was the one who said thank you for the clorox wipe. On our second day, same lady, same counters needed wiped down.
