The hotel its self is so nice! We had a 2 bedroom suite and I had a few complaints. The second bedroom was not truly attached. When you open the door from the outside there was a little room that had 2 other doors. One door was a bedroom and the other room was basically a 1 bedroom apartment. It would be nice except my kids kept getting stuck in the entry way trying to get to us during the night. The hotel is huge snd it is easy to get lost. The hallways are long and you have to take quite a few to get to the rooms. This was an issue for my elderly dad my last complaint is it is a time share (which i didn’t know) so every time I was in the lobby they were trying to sell me on the whole experience and get me attend their little tours. Also because it was a time share you had to valet park. (Which wasn’t free) this made it a pain every time we wanted to leave. Overall the hotel is nice. So many things for the kids to do. Just be prepared for the “timeshare” experience as well as hitting your step goals within the first hour lol

I loved everything except the valet service. We had a terrible experience with the attendant on duty on October 2nd in the evening. He was very rude cussing at customer asking questions, throwing customers car keys around, slamming customer car doors and also sped off in a customers car while it was pouring down rain. It made me very scared what he might do in my car. I would probably not use the Valet service again even thought it was very convenient

The hotel is right on Lake Tahoe. We did not have a view but walked out of the door to the beach. Very convenient to gorgeous area sites. In winter, this hotel is so close to skiing!

First, I have a high level Hilton membership. I understand how that sounds, but I made that statement to highlight the lack of customer service I felt at this hotel since check-in. The room was good. They did not acknowledge or provide the complimentary items. Second, I was misquoted the fees that would be paid upon checkin. I normally complete reviews because customer service across all industries less the very high end hotels and businesses. I was ok that I was forced to valet, but to find my car was not being parked on the hotel premises and that on my last day they brought my car with a screw in the driver side rear tire. Upon asking for assistance the valet smirked and said you probably will not be able to get it fixed. Instead of assisting me, he just told me that I would not get it fixed in Tahoe. That was not an option, so I had to search all over South Lake. My two children each had soccer games that I needed to get them too. Furthermore, I had the tent and bench for my son’s team. After driving to several shops that showed they were open, but were actually closed. I am not sure how long it took me to find a place to get my car fixed. I can say it was not a tire shop but I found a place. As I said, customer service is very important to me. The place I found was oil change shop that does not handle tires, but two young men at the shop were able to assist me. The hotel did nothing to assist me, even though they brought me my car with the screw in it.

This was a nice spot for us as we were traveling around the area -- valet did take quite a bit longer than if we were able to self park, which was a little unfortunate, but the staff was all nice

I’m elderly. Was struggling with full luggage trolley. Multiple male employees around but not one offered to assist Entrance into A/B rooms very poor design. My friends were meeting in my room to plan activities. They were knocking on outside door but we couldn’t hear inside. Propped the door open garbage can for easy accessibility Very poor internet. Unable to contact valet Took 25 minutes to get my vehicle. Then staff asked me to hurry and load my truck because they had other cars to park Sorely disappointed in a facility that is known for their reputation. 14 in our group. All us were very disappointed. Will not be back!!

Our king suite was very spacious and comfortable. Felt more like we were in an apartment.. we were on motorcycles and parking was very limited, but we still made it work.. we had an issue with bathroom lights, they were promptly handled.. overall great place!

Overall it was “ok”. Staff was friendly. It was clean. Great location. But they need some work. TV is very hard to navigate and the system is OLD. Fan in the room is so loud it would wake you every time it went on and off. And the “mandatory” valet gets expensive.

Checking in was bad, we got in early so front desk said they will call us when the room is ready, came back at 4 pm since we never got a call, another lady checking us in had no clue what was going on, for a Hilton property this is bad. Finally got us checked in and found out all the extra fees we had to pay. Mandatory valet parking in awful. Location is great but will not be coming back to stay at this hotel, way better options nearby.
