We like coming here due to its updated rooms and jacuzzi options. As well as its proximity to everything. The room we stayed in this time was beat up though. Cracked vinyl flooring, small and messed fireplace framing. Staff is okay. Won’t let you check in early if your room is ready unless you pay an additional $35. Could provide more towels.

The jetted tub was amazing. It was very clean, the jets were strong, and the tub was a good size to soak in. 5 stars for sure! The shower was very nice, loved the tile, it seemed new, and we liked the design. The towels were large and plush. There was enough for 2 people. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink and mirror were a little high for a petite person but in excellent condition. The TV didn't work well, we had poor reception and couldn't really watch anything. The gas fireplace flames were very nice when it was warming up the room but once it hit the given temperature, the flames were minimal. I believe that's the way it was supposed to work, though. The coffee was the major disappointment. There was only one package of coffee, one package with 2 whiteners, one package with 2 sugars and another with 2 sweeteners. Not enough for 2 people and especially when one requires more than one package of each. It would have been better if they were more generous with that. The office was closed so we were not able to get any from there. Fortunately, Starbucks was very close by, so my husband was able to go get us some. The parking was pretty small in the interior and for handicapped, the spaces were lacking. We only saw one employee in the morning, and she was cleaning the rooms. I engaged with her briefly and she was very sweet.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Had a romantic evening with my husband. We enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. No complaints other than the parking lot is very tight! But great location and nice and clean and cozy.

The stay was ok. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room upstairs their hot tub must of overfilled cause it was dripping into my room all night. All I heard was drip drip drip. Not able to sleep. When i mentioned to the front desk when checking out all they could say was it must of overfilled. No apology for not being able to sleep due to the dripping or my floor being all wet to wear I could slipped.
