Exemplary rental experience. BOOKING: Listing perfectly described the house and lot. Communication was quick & easy. House was in the last stages of completion when I was considering it, Andrea quickly answered my questions & concerns. ARRIVAL: Code to door & further details sent 2 days prior to arrival. Driveway was easy to navigate and there was plenty of parking for 3 families to arrive separately. PROPERTY: !GORGEOUS! We stayed mid-June & the lake/mountain views are beyond words! Very private & lush. Decor is modern/elegant. 8 adults (18-69) & 2 kids (4&6) - fit comfortably. The top floor bdrms are a little bigger than pictured. There are little nooks not shown that can serve as places to put suitcases. Kids slept in the twins & their mom/dad comfortably slept in the queen. Grandparents had the main floor bdrm so they didnât have to contend with stairs. My husband & I took the bottom floor bdrm & our 21/18 sons took the pull out couch. They said it was very comfortable. There is plenty of dining/lounging seating on the main floor & out on the deck. The grill is plumbed into the house gas line, no need to worry about gas! We greatly enjoyed the amenities Andrea provides at the house. The complimentary beer/maple syrup/coffee are so welcoming! We needed some extra linens so I messaged Andrea upon our arrival and the housekeeper was there within 20 min to pull out extras from the locked storage closet. That was amazing & much appreciated. THINGS TO DO: we had 4 full days⊠paddle boarded & canoed around lake, fished, swam across the lake, enjoyed the hot tub, fire & sâmores night, loon sightings, had fun looking for crawfish along the shore & saw a tiny baby snapping turtle, visited Stowe & ate at The Bench which was recommended on the cabinâs Insta, drove 30 min to Smugglerâs Notch to hike and climb on the boulders (so much fun!), drove 1 hr to Grand Isle and rented a boat at Apple Island Marina (nicest gentlemen EVER!), swam in Lake Champlain (hung out with Champ lol) then headed to Burlington for dinner at Splash! on the lake (view of Adirondacks breathtaking!!!), walked around Burlington, got a creamee at Burlington Bay. General Store in Eden has everything you need including a great menu of fresh prepared items. On the way back to FL we stopped at Bragg Farm about 1hr from cabin. If youâre looking for a fantastic sugarhouse, this is the place. Plus all the VT souvenirs you could ever want! Just boook it, youâll love it!
