This was our first time at After 8 Bed & Breakfast! Robert was very informative & accommodating upon our arrival, at that point we felt welcomed and knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The Inn is beautiful, very clean and inviting. The wonderful people we met while we were there was the icing on the cake!!
My first time staying at a B&B. I was beyond impressed. This place is spotless clean. Decorated beautifully. The host Robert is a wealth of information about the area. He is an amazing chef. Breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to returning in the future. Donât hesitate to book!
Beautiful property and beautiful room. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and i have already recommended this B&B to friends.
Amazing, quaint little B&B on a beautiful property! Older style house, which we loved! Robert was an amazing host and his breakfast food is DELISH! Would absolutely come back in the future!
The owner, Robert met us upon arrival. There was nothing but professional service, and welcoming warmth throughout our stay. Cleanliness was superb, the food was outstanding, the staff was excellent, I will definitely go back.
This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we were very pleased. Our host Robert was very kind and helpful. Our room and private bathroom were beautifully decorated. The house is beautiful and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious đ.
Robert and Luis are excellent hosts. The room was very cozy and laid back. Its quiet and relaxing, just what my wife and i were looking for in a weekend getaway. Its right close by to the shopping and many things to do in the area. The breakfasts were delicious! Just overall a great experience! 5 stars!
Robert was an excellent Host and put so much detail, thought, and passion into everything about his B&B, from the furnishings, decorations and artwork, to the extra details of complimentary cookies, candy, fruit, drinks, and more, to the wide assortment of games, puzzles, and Amish-related books and guides he provided. And his gourmet plated breakfasts were delicious and way above expectations.
Inside was as pictured on website and on par with other B&Bs. Service and food were average compared to other B&Bs. I wasnât a fan of set reserved breakfast times of 8:30 or 9:30am since I prefer to get up, eat and then explore. This was rather late and restrictive. Most B&Bs Iâve been to say breakfast starts at 6:30/7am and ends at 9:30/10am and you come to eat when youâre ready and get on with your day. The location was close to all of the Amish tours, BUT it was right on a main highway and loud all day and all night with everything from cars to semi trucks passing close to the front of the building. The one thing that surprised me most was the poor condition of all floor beds and the yard. B&Bs standardly have gorgeous landscaping. Unfortunately every bed was terribly overgrown with weeds and the bird bath was off its pedestal. I usually spend time reading outside at B&Bs. Hopefully theyâll work on landscaping because the opportunity for a great backyard/sideyard experience is definitely there and not tapped into.
