Our room was very comfortable, except for the fact that the hotel is a remodel of an old distillery, and in an effort to keep the industrial feel and vibe, the rooms aren't well insulated. We recommend requesting the top floor so you can't hear every step in the room above yours.

Great accommodations!

Loved this refurbished Hotel!! Beautifully well done! We stayed in a standard room and it was clean, roomy, and inviting!! Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but would like to do so…we did enjoy a nightcap at the bar☺️ The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The ONLY thing that would have made it just a bit nicer was if there was a small breakfast option to get started in the day besides coffee and tea… nothing fancy needed. Would definitely like to stay here again!!

Compared to other area hotels, Cork is a stand out because of its unique property attributes. Our room on the fourth floor was special because of the wooden roof view. The room furnishings are pretty basic but the space is generous and the bathroom is well appointed. The public spaces are very nice and the restaurant was truly outstanding. A bit nit picky but important: (1) I didn't like the super thin carpet tiles. I think a more plush carpeting or even hardwood with area rugs would be better. (2) I don't understand why hotels can't figure out how to provide high definition TV in the room. (3) It's a bit of a nuisance to require payment for EV charging. It should be provided by the hotel as an included amenity.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Would def stay again. We loved seeing the old factory pictures and machine parts hanging in the walls. Our ONLY complaint is in regards to the toilet seats. They don’t cover the porcelain of the bowl. Very unpleasant.

Perfect place to stay in Lancaster…close to downtown (walkable), and an easy drive to other sites such as Kitchen Kettle and Sight & Sounds Theatre. Cork Factory is very unique, and hands down beats all the other chain hotels. It has a lovely restaurant on site for dinner…my only suggestion is to also have breakfast available as that is our only negative.

The hotel is a former industrial facility. It felt like a boutique hotel. The room was spacious. Bedding and linens were top of the line. Coffee service downstairs in the morning was an added bonus. We stayed there three nights while exploring the Lancaster area and attending PA Ren Fest. The location was convenient and affordable. There were several events at the complex during our stay but we were not impacted by them at all. The event complex is very warm and inviting. The staff was helpful and welcoming as we came and went several times a day. We will be back.
