Bathroom was very dirty, shower was moldy, holes in the wall that were barely patched up. Banging doors all night long. People yelling and hanging out in the lobby til all hours. Their "breakfast" was two waffle makers and a dirty juice machine. Train went by late at night and early in the morning. Heat had to be turned up to 78 in order for the A/C to not randomly turn on. Would definitely not stay here again. You get what you pay for.

Upon arriving in the parking lot, it was very dark. Check in was easy since I had already checked in online prior. Parking was great because there was tons. The room was ehhh.. very much like a motel looking room. It was clean so thats a good sign. Overall okay place to stay. If you're looking for fancy then this isn't it.

Room was clean. But the beds were absolutely horrible!! One bed was very noisy and squeaky! Both beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Literally felt like I got hit by a truck because I was so sore from sleeping on the beds. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. But needs more choices for breakfast options.

It is ok for an overnight stay, but it is an old hotel. The room furnishings were old. The carpet was old. I would also recommend that the ceilings be checked every once in a while. Specially in room 229. The staff is very friendly, which is the only reason I would give any stars. Remodel the place and I bet you'll get better ratings.

Front desk employee had an unhelpful/smug attitude because I didn't agree with their "local resident" deposit. Different than a normal deposit. If you live within an hour of this hotel, they require a CASH ONLY $150 deposit. Not stated on expedia and she said it's "mentioned on the HOTEL website". Why on EARTH would I look at another website when the whole purpose of 3rd party is convenience!? Cost me $7 to pull cash from their ATM. Then when leaving, they made my girlfriend and 2 kids leave the room to "inspect it" prior to them giving back my deposit. I said they were waiting right at the door with all luggage but they were welcome to go "inspect" room. They said next time, they will require her and the 2 kids to leave the vicinity and wait in the lobby (opposite direction of where we were parked), so there wouldn't be a hostile situation. Lol WHAT!?! This place is ridiculous. Never again! Get more hospitable front desk people.

The sheets are old. There was hair in the bed. There was hair in the bathroom. The shower is super old. The walls are dirty. The corners are dirty. No elevator and the highway is super loud.

The room was in good shape and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. We were on the second floor and use the stairs closest to the main lobby. There was a smell at the top of the stairs coming from a possible laundry area??

The room unfortunately was filthy. The bathroom floor was sticky and could not be cleaned properly to make not sticky. The shower and tub had rust and hot water stains that discolored the entire area. There was a smell that lingered through the entire hotel.
