This cheap and disgusting hotel purposely turns off all ACs within every room at night. At 2am I woke up in a hot and stuffy room in the middle of desert country to note that the AC had been shut off. I called the front desk. First he claimed that the AC worked with motion sensors which makes no sense since people don't move much while sleeping. Then he blurted that management has decided to cut costs down by shutting down the AC in the evening presuming that people will not notice. Well, in sweltering heat, I actually woke up. So he had to using his computer turn it back on for me from the front desk. This happened two more times. So at 2am, 4am and 6am I woke up to a hot room with no AC because "management" had decided to turn off the AC to save money for the hotel. Do not stay in this disgusting and cheap hotel. There are many other options in Lancaster.
I like that Ifelt safe. I didn't like the fact that you can hear everything in others room. Guitar playing, shower taking, I've never newar such noise before.
Rooms are always nice and clean. Bed is very comfortable, canât hardly hear any neighbors, so itâs very quiet. Iâve been there 3 times so far this year, and Iâll continue to stay at this hotel when I come into town. Staff is great, very friendly!! đđ
Really nice neighborhood with lots of food places to go to. Love everything about the hotel. If you want to start just outside LA this is the place to go!
Staying at the Fairfield I & Suites by Marriott in Lancaster, CA is always a pleasant experience. I've been here enough now that some of the front desk staff know me by name and welcome me from a distance before I even introduce myself. The facility is exceptionally maintained, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I am happy to have found a place I can reliably feel safe at while traveling alone on business. Thank you team!
