We stay at this hotel frequently when In Lancaster PA. This resent stay was a little disappointing. Luke warm bath water but hot water in the sink. They said they're redoing a lot of rooms on our floor and that could be the problem. Didn't make sense. The room didn't have shampoo or a do not disturb sign. The breakfast was good and the dining room was clean and well serviced at breakfast. Staff was friendly. We will not stop going there unless the quality goes down. Next trip will June.

Great 1 night stay with excellent c service staff

This was a group trip to S&S theatre. Everything was good except the breakfast attendant rude guy and no too many breakfast options. Costumer service (Tiffany and the rest of them at service deck) do an extreme wise work with us, rise their wage.!

The property appears very nice from the outside. Inside, it's clean and the lobby was decorated for Easter. The room itself was large and as advertised. The hallway door stuck and needs adjusted. The bed was extremely high - to the point that elderly folks would likely find it difficult to get into. The pillows were hard and rather flat. The shower was nice and hot - but the shower head was in an awkward position that made it difficult to stand under and it couldn't be adjusted. Breakfast was adequate - eggs and corned beef hash, with a pancake machine, cereal, pastries, and a fruit cocktail. We found that the very lightweight plastic silverware wasn't strong enough to even spread a pat of butter without bending. We also wondered why every chair in the breakfast room was covered with a stretchy brown cover - from top to bottom. Very odd. Our stay was OK, but the details I mentioned detracted from the experience overall.
