That hotel felt like a Motel 1, not even 6. I would like to get a refund. I have photos of the common areas that are defective and plumbing issues in our bathroom. I'm very disappointed with that stay.

Room was clean, and very quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. Staff is very professional and welcoming. My only complaint is the presence of homeless, drug addicts, mentally unstable, and other degenerates.
