nice place for families. a few hiccups

Great location, fantastic views. Spacious. The gentleman who greeted us at check in on Sunday was amazing. The ladies at the desk on tues and wed. were tethered to their phones and allowed the luggage carts. we fixed it after seeing no action for a few hours (they were on the cell phone the whole time) Only one elevator was working. great place to stay. most of the employees are friendly

This place is 5 stars. But the pool was not warm enough for me. Limit in pool was 9 but there was a lot more. Also I stAyed in room 209. And between 2:50 am and 4 am if you no. YOU NO.

I loved our room it had a kitchenette with a table for two, a living room area with sofa, a large tv and work desk, two queen beds and a modern bathroom Everything was great! For my personal use I would have preferred a shower with a handheld shower feature Otherwise everything was clean and new and beautiful Shout out to staff member, Cole, who helped us with a few things A really nice guy!

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Rooms were very roomy and had everything you would need. Pool water could have been a little warmer!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It seemed basically brand new, very clean, and quiet. Convienantly located next to a Wegmans where we could walk directly from the hotel to the store. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the convenience of hotel to the places I visited. The room set up is great. There was a kitchen table to play games on and a full size refrigerator for the food. It is the perfect room for a getaway trip.

This has been my go-to hotel in Lancaster for years. The quality of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, it never disappoints. I particularly like the coinless laundry facilities. No other Residence Inn that I've been to has that. I expected another good experience, and I got one.
