"Das Hotel liegt unweit des Marktplatzes mitten in Goslar. Aus unserer Sicht war alles in Ordnung: Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber nett eingerichtet. Es gibt es tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. An einem Abend aßen wir im hauseigenen Restaurant wirklich hervorragend. Vielleicht ist es gut zu wissen, dass es mehrere Gebäude gibt. Zum Essen mussten wir ein paar Meter gehen, was keineswegs negativ klingen soll. Hier würden wir wieder absteigen, wenn wir nochmal in Goslar sind."

"Wunderschöner Eingangsbereich und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war schlicht aber angenehm eingerichtet. Leider muss es zwischen Expedia und dem Hotel ein Missverständnis gegeben haben. Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, habe aber eines eine Kategorie niedriger bekommen. Wir haben es jetzt so akzeptiert, da der fehlende Balkon aufgrund des Wetters nicht dramatisch war. Aber eigentlich erwarte ich dass man das Gebuchte auch bekommt. Das Hotel ist trotzdem sehr schön."
