Booked a king bed but when I got there they told me no cable in that room. They gave me a room with a double bed that were on top of being small were very uncomfortable plus so much dust in air conditioner my allergies were affected plus it stunk couldnât stay had to repack and go drive around and find a clean hotel plus staff never used a mask or gloves when I went back next day because I forgot my meds in drawer He told me he already cleaned room and there was nothing in the room I walked past him into room opened drawer pulled out my meds room was not clean I wouldnât want my enemy staying here
Very clean. But when I went to check in the office door was locked and she wouldnât answer the door bell. Had to call her to open the door even though she was right in the other room.
Mom and I stayed for 2 nights we were attending a wedding at the Lake House. It was a very nice stay good location and walking distance to the Wedding.
The room was small and smelled of cigarette smoke. The tv was broken. It was supposed to be a king size bed but was two full size instead. One bed had sheets with fresh blood stains on them. The overall condition of the room was best described as dingy and old. The photo offered on the website does not reveal the real condition of this place. I will not be going back. And it was over-priced on top of that! This place was probably nicer about 50 years ago when it was built.
Comfortable room and was very clean. Property was quiet and felt safe. All extended stay amenities provided. Only complaint was the lack of working outlets. Otherwise extremely satisfied for the cost of the room.
Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Coffee pot didn't work but reception offered to replace it as soon as we reported it. Very handy location for Tanglewood, Edith Wharton's "Mount", and Mount Greylock.
Surprisingly pleasant for an inexpensive (mid-wk) motel: large room with micro and fridge; places to sit outside (a glider! a fire pit!); convenient for what I wanted (except for ice cream . . ). Go eat at Mad BBQ up the road
(closed SunMonTues).
The property was darling, room was clean and reasonably priced. Check in was a little iffy. Overall, I liked the property and would consider staying there again.
