PERFECT 10 in Langebaan offers a spacious, recently renovated holiday home with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The property features a very large open plan living area with lounge & 55inch smart TV, 8 seat dining table, outdoor dining table, seating & deck chairs, large kitchen & sunny scullery, terrace, a separate entrance Studio with 2nd full kitchen, queen bed, lounge couch & smart TV, 4-seat dining table & large shower with balcony overlooking the entrance garden with external spiral staircase as optional access.
All 4 en-suite bedrooms are upstairs with queen and single beds inclusive of the Studio apartment. Only 1 queen bed bedroom downstairs without bathroom but has the guest toilet & basin close bye.
The main front of house balcony has West facing views over the Blue Lagoon private nature reserve toward the Lagoon side and scenic Mykonos to the right with outdoor braai and entertaining area that includes a fire pit for evening bonfires that light and warm the braai area.
