Not only was the location quiet and convenient to the beach but the property is incredibly well stocked from beach towels and toys to cooking oils and spices. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed Wolf Beach Cottage. The space was well equipped and comfortable. The view is great and the property is a quick walk down to a beachfront park. Easy access to Langley and about 30 minutes from Coupeville. We would recommend this property!

Easy check in and quiet location not too far from Langley and Freeland and a short walk to the bay. The house was clean, lots of games, and well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable (we were in the master).

The property was fabulous! The communication with the property manager was excellent. The location on Whidbey was so nice, secluded beach access yet close to Langley. The kitchen was well appointed with spices, baking supplies, oils and vinegars. We had the most relaxing week. Thank you!

Magical place

We enjoyed our stay at Wolf Beach cottage so much. The view was gorgeous, and it’s a short walk to the beach. We spent many hours bird watching and enjoying the peace and quiet on the beach. We saw deer, bunnies, bald eagles and harbor seals. If you’ve never vacationed on Whidbey Island, I highly recommend it. Why spend hours waiting in line and sweating at Disney when you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this magical place? We went kayaking, whale watching, hiking, and antiquing. We also spent a lot of time doing nothing and having ice cream every evening at Sprinkles.

Much needed getaway

We had a great time playing at the beach, hiking and exploring all the cute little towns that Whidby has to offer. The fact that this place was dog friendly was awesome! Our four legged kiddo got to play and there were tons of dog friendly places for us to explore. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular and drinking coffee on the deck in the morning was relaxing along with the occasional visit from a momma and baby deer. The private road to the beach was a quick walk and we saw lots of wildlife at low tide. This was perfect for our family of four plus our dog.

Very comfortable and clean stay

The beds were fabulous and a nice large kitchen. Lots of natural light and fun layout. My only warning is the big set of stairs leading up to the front door. There is really no easy way to get your things into the house. Youvl are either climbing the stairs with everything you packed or hauling it up a big hill to the back door with a wagon. Either way its tough. Other than that we absolutely loved it there .

It was clean and very well stocked. They have done a great job labeling things and making life easy! The beach down the street was one of our favorites. We really liked Freeland...check out the taco place and Whidbey ice cream! My only advice is to bring an eye mask for the master bedroom and if you love coffee just be aware they only have Keurig.

This is a very well-managed property, everything that one would need away from home. We loved that it was close in proximity to Double Bluff Beach, Saratoga Forest and Rocket Tacos : ) The walk down to the community beach was perfect. We will be returning!

Beautiful spot for low key vacation

This house has amazing views of the water and loved spending evenings over sunset walking down to the beach and letting our kids (4 and 2 years old) collect and attempt to skip rocks. As other reviewers mentioned, the house is fairly remote (~10 minute drive to any sort of shop or restaurant). We also visited from Sunday-Thursday and learned that many restaurants are not open those days. But we still enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the area. We did have one minor issue where the coffee maker wasn't working and property management didn't respond to the number on the guest manual (we later learned this number can't accept texts but wasn't stated on the manual after a slow response through VRBO messaging). Luckily our issue was minor but would advise clearer direction to guests on how to communicate if there are issues.

The house was very clean, tidy and well organized! 15 minutes to Langley, short walk down the road to a pretty beach. We didn't use the kitchen but well stocked with spices etc. and very neat and clean which I appreciated! We had a great weekend stay!

Awesome! Great staycation

Very nice place. Decor is simple and interesting. Fully stocked kitchen with generpus staples. King bed very comfortable. Ample extra fleece blanket. Great for dogs. Proximity to Freeland is perfect. Nice coast drive to Langley. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, low-key place to stay.
