The front desk lady at check out was nice. I don't remember her name. The room was okay. You get what you pay for. shower and toilet were clean no stains on the bedding. Many stains on the ceiling looks like previous smokers. The bed was okay. Good for a budget hotel.

People are nice and friendly, 2 beds with microwave and refrigerator in the room. The air conditioner on and off, a bit noisy, and it blew the curtain flying. The door cannot close automatically, need double check.

Was charged for 4 miscellaneous charges for $67, $67, $137, and $255 that they caught and voided but never told me about (I called when I checked my account and saw the charges.)They told me they saw it had happened and voided them right away and when I asked how it happened and why my card information wasn’t secure they told me they were looking into it and would call me back. They never called me back and when I called to follow up the next person I talked to said they knew nothing about the incident and couldn’t help me. It took 8 business days to have access to the money again back in my bank account. I was on the second floor and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning after my 12 hour night shift at the hospital, I didn’t have hot water for a shower at 7:30am. Maybe over use from others waking for the day, because at 4pm I could take a shower before going into work and had hot water. The room looked put together and like the common touch areas had been cleaned but there was dirt and cob web build up in the corners of the bathroom on the floors and ceilings. I paid for a king size bed and there was only 3 square pillows on it. The blackout curtains are mounted about 6 inches off the wall so working night shift and sleeping during the day was difficult as my room was basically daylight all day. They’re also very close to a rather busy road way with the Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s right next to them which made being a nightshifter difficult as well. Not happy :(

There were a couple stomping on the ground and arguing with each other for the whole night. I couldn't sleep. No bottled water was provided in the room. I doubt the room's safety, because it's just located on the first floor without any additional doors or gates to access it from outside. Wouldn't recommend.

The room seemed recently updated, new window was especially noticeable being this was a motel not a hotel. Bed and pillows were nice also. However, although I had to sign a waiver that I would not smoke, the room did smell smoky. I’ve stayed in worse but I’ve also stayed in much better
