😔 Very disappointed.

The rooms were dirty. Garbage still in the room, sinks dirty with hair from shaving, etc... Found tick in other room. Hotel was over booked. No other rooms available. The general manager was awesome. She was shocked & so very sorry. Told us to have Hotel.com get in contact with her for a full refund. Hotel.com said they couldn't do that. Very disappointed. Will not be using them to book our hotel stays in the future.

Great Location

Hotel is very nice and clean just a few cosmetic things in the room/bathroom like toilet paper roll holder hanging on by a thread of a screw and also the wallpaper peeling back to bame a few.

Quality Lansing has become our new favorite hotel. Love the layout of the main floor with all the spots to sit and quickly talk. Our room was also great. It was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with the bed being so nice that I got a better nights sleep than I usually do in a hotel. The sitting area was very nice, and the sofa was wonderful, started relaxing as soon as I sat down on it. Breakfast was better than most, with the eggs and tater tots both delicious, and so great that they had hot sauce available, and fresh fruit.
