We had to move rooms twice, due to a bathroom leak and nonfunctional heater. The rooms are in desperate need of maintenance and updating. The staff was great and very responsive.

The first room they put us in the shower was literally black from not being cleaned. The second room was not very clean but didn’t feel like being moved to another dirty room. The second room had spots on the floor that appeared to be dried up dog poo, the duvet was nasty dirty, the remotes for the TV’s didn’t work, and the countertop around the sink clearly had not been washed after the last guest.

We have been staying at this location at the same time every year fort he last 20+ years. The breakfast has gone down significantly since the long time chef no longer works there. We appreciate the fresh options of eggs, sausage and tatertots but the tatertots were cold and very chewy. When you are used to an excellent breakfast, it is very disappointing to have this as your option. The rooms were clean, but there were no supplies for the couch and the front desk said they had none to give you. How can that be an option for sleeping but you no bedding for it. Its very disappointing when the amenties used to be so great and now they are not. I had to wait for a check in person to come from the back so I was never greeted when I came in or when I handed my keys back in.

The room was clean. Staff was nice, but we had to leave a day early due to a winter storm coming and the advised me I was not eligible for a refund for leaving early. Very disappointed.

We had to move to a different room - twice. Once because the sink was gushing water onto the floor. And the second time because the heater wasn’t working ( temperature could not go above 61). The third room we were moved to also had a broken HVAC unit, but we could get the temp to 68 and did not want to move a 3rd time.

The room wasn’t clean, sheets were nasty, brown stains were on the mattress covers we had to go and request clean bedding and the second one was nasty as well dusty tables, carpet was filled with stains inside hotel room and walking to the elevator. The staff were extremely friendly and super nice. We didn’t eat breakfast at the location. Also parking is never a problem we have stayed at this location a few times but this time has to be the worse time pertaining to cleanliness of the hotel
