Located in a peaceful area of Cassy, the cottage allows you to enjoy the Arcachon Bay and the ocean beaches. The beach is a 15-minute walk away with its local shops and the cycle path. Built on a 600 m2 wooded and fenced garden, the house consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a kitchen open to the living room (insert) with direct access to the shaded terrace of 35 m2, a bedroom equipped with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm (storage), a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed that can be converted into two 80x200cm beds, and the other with a 90x190cm bed and a 120x190cm bed. A landing with an 80x200cm bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet complete the ensemble. The terrace is shaded by oak trees and features garden furniture and deckchairs. Direct access to the kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals between the barbecue and the gas cooktop. Parking is provided in the garden and a locked garage is available for storing surfboards, bicycles, etc. Kitchen linens and sheets are provided free of charge. Beds are made upon arrival. Free Wi-Fi. The cottage has an electric charging point for your vehicle (€30/week from June to September, and based on meter reading the rest of the year). The owners are available to stay in a studio adjoining the cottage on weekends. Electric heating is available at an additional cost, and the fireplace includes a wood-burning fireplace (free wood). Municipal reference OTCDB00360 Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, and a flat rate of 8 kWh/day for electricity. Firewood included.
