I felt Robbed (Outdated Hotel)

Outdated room overall, from furniture to fixtures. Dirty carpet all around, parking lot overall looks abandoned and dirty. No available towels at the pool area. House keeping entered my room around 9am to attempt to clean. No offense but your front desk staff needs training on real hospitality. From language, to smiles, proactive habits, etc. frankly I felt robbed with the price I paid vs the value I received. I still never stay there again.

I thought the hotel was great! I really enjoyed the authentic vibe the hotel had. The pool areas were nice. The lobby bar was welcoming, with awesome bartenders. Plus, I loved the upscale restaurant next door, The Tack Room. It’s a shame they talked about remodeling the bar on the Tack Room. I did like the old west theme they had going on in the bar. If they do decide to remodel it, I hope they can capture some of that old west Rio Grande vibe speakeasy aesthetic. That would be cool!
