Feels like this place is on its way to be condemned... Things are missing off of outside doors. Old plugs that don't hold chargers. Felt unsafe walking around... People knocking on my door during the night. Feels like a motel 6, super 8. Description of place not accurate online.

Hotel was disgusting. We took a nap and ended up leaving at 3a cause we just wanted to get out. Do yourself a favor, keep your money and just sleep in your car. It’s that bad.

This is the first hotel I have ever walked out on after only 15 minutes after check-in. It was so disgusting. The place looked filthy and like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted or cleaned in a long time. And the guy checking us in was laying on the couch playing on his phone. It was clear he didn't give a two poops. On the second floor there were chicken feathers everywhere like someone had chased a chicken through the entire second floor or had a major pillow fight. There were dried boogers, juice stains, random strands of hair, andlittle red spots on the sheets. The curtain was half torn down with gross sticky metal tape stuck to it. The window looked like it had been from the 1960s. I opened it a little bit and there's no screen so it's easy for a child to fall right out the damn window. Then I couldn't shut the window because it was stuck. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway with electrical wires hanging out. The carpets were so filthy. On the stairwell up to the second floor the lights were flickering like I was in some sort of horror movie. It was hot and no air conditioning. I was afraid of getting bedbugs. When I tried to open the door with the key he gave me, it didn't work so I had to go down to the front desk and let him know that it didn't work and he said that sometimes you have to flip it over and turn it around to get it to work. Horrible. I walked out and found a different hotel.

This property doesn’t deserve one star. When we arrived, they didn’t have any rooms. So much for the reservation. Not even an apology. A promise to “waive the fee”. Totally ridiculous. The property is clearly not well maintained from the lobby. I’m still traveling and need to make sure I wasn’t charged. Just a ridiculous experience from a trashy hotel.

At 7 PM the room was not clean. Housekeeping felt rushed. They did not complete the work. The bathroom was dirty. The bed had crumbs in it. We were disgusted and had to leave requesting a refund from Expedia.

We had previously stayed at this hotel several years ago so we were happy to stay there again. When we got there we realized updates and upgrades have not been made since the last time we were there! It was so run down and unmaintained. CONS: The bathroom was so small. The toilet paper sat on the counter because the roll holder was missing. The non slip mat in the tub was stained and corner was torn/missing. The tv remote was missing the battery cover. The curtains were torn. The corner of the curtains were coming off the track. The stick that rolls the curtain back and forth was missing so you had to pull on the curtain to open and close. There was a sweater or towel bunched up in the corner of the landing of the stairs. It was there the whole 3 days we were there, no one on staff bothered picking it up which means they either didn't vacuum or vacuumed around it. The carpet was dirty. There was no water in the pool and the area around the pool was unkept (all dirt, no grass and lots of trash). Our key didn't work to unlock the side door to enter the building. When we parked on the side closest to our room we had to go all the way around the building to enter through the main entrance. Upon check in the staff said there would be breakfast. When we went to breakfast there was nothing but some yogurt and some hard muffins. A staff member put out some waffle mix but stated that the waffle maker didn't work. PROS: The bed was comfortable, the AC/Heat worked.
