Villa Florenzo is beautiful spacious villa located in a very quiet and secured residence, just 400m from beach Punta Popy and 900m from turistic center of Las Terrenas.
The space
The property consists of a main villa and a bungalow with its own entrance from the garden, while the villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, the bungalow has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a private terrace. There are in total 6 double beds with a capacity of up to 12 people and other 5 travel cots are prepared for the youngest travelers, who can also use the option of borrow a stroller or two child car seats.

Thanks to its size, equipment and thoughtful layout of the rooms, it offers above-standard accommodation capacity while maintaining the privacy of all guests. Private pool, barbecue, AC, washer and dryer are a matter of course. Ideal for more families or bigger groups of friends.
Guest access
We have available secured private parking for one ,motorcycle and ATV. If more would be needed, there are available other unsecured parking spaces on the street in front of the house.

For traveling across the city and around, we would recommend to use the scooter, ATV or bicycle.

There are many ATV and motorcycle rentals in Las Terrenas.
Other things to note
As experienced travelers using rentals of similar properties, we have tried to equiped the house with everything that guests may need and appreciate. However, everything can be improved and if you would miss anything to make your stay more pleasant, please do not hesitate to let us know your recommendations.

Noisy parties and events are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Important: The electricity is not included in the rental price (15 rds / kw). The meter will be read upon arrival and departure. The difference will be paid in cash on the day of your departure. This additional price is valid for most accommodation equipped with air conditioning. We want to sensitize the guests, so that they do not leave the air conditioning running all day, with the windows and doors open, when they are outside. However, if you have normal use, the consumption will not be too high.

For your knowledge, tap water is not potable in the Dominican Republic, so please do not drink it. A gallon of drinking water is provided for you.

Caribbean Villa Florenzo few steps from the beach offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
